Sales
We try to serve you to the best of our ability. In most cases your item will be sent out the same or following working day. However at busy periods delivery can be held up if waiting for the arrival of 'refill' stock. Some of our items are very fast moving, but we will always notify you if there is to be a few days delay .As most of our items are from Europe, occassionally delays are unavoidable. 99% of items are always in stock, but occassionally, with so many items to keep track of, we reserve the right that this can happen on the odd occassion. If an item is needed urgently, it is always best to confirm with us first.
Items are not always the exact shade shown; and we do not guarantee this, as sometimes the lighting can make a difference of a few shades when being photographed. If you are not happy with the colour of your item we will always exchange, but unless the difference is dramatic, the postage cost will be at the buyers expense.
Payment is required within four days of purchase. If there is any reason for delay please do tell us so that we can note this in order to avoid an Unpaid Item dispute being opened unnessessarily.
Once opened they will not be closed without payment.
We do NOT appreciate BUYERS who think it funny to buy and NOT PAY!
ALL ITEMS WON MUST BE PAID FOR or this will be reported to Ebay and you will receive an Ebay Strike and possibly loose your Ebay registration
There may be genuine exceptions, such as new buyers who sometimes buy in duplicate..or triplicate even. If you make an error with your purchase please contact us.
Postage
Please note
Postage is marked on every item. Please DO NOT buy if you think it is excessive!! buyers who do so and then leave low DSRSs for postage are being most unfair.
Postage includes not only the price of stamp, but packaging, printing and other associated costs. But most of all...Postage includes VAT, something many buyers do not realise. This accounts for 20% of the postage charged!!
We use Royal Mail First class for all items. Special Next Day delivery may be requested at a charge of £5.70 extra per parcel. This must be requested before 1pm. If required, please ask to have this added to your invoice before you pay.
Saturday delivery is extra..please ask.
Combined UK Postage –The heaviest item will be charged at full postage cost as stated and further ones at 50% off the marked postage. ( This excludes heavy jeans and denim jumpsuits which weigh very heavy. These will be discounted as we feel able to do.)
We endeavour to send out all items over £25.00 in value by Recorded delivery.Many item of this price or above will already have the Recorded amount included in the postage cost....in this case further items would just be added without further cost for Recorded.
Multiple item parcels will be sent by Recorded delivery and 80 pence will be added towards this. A combined invoice MUST be requested BEFORE you pay in order to get a discount. If we notice that you have bought several items and you have not asked for discount, we will usually make a refund to your paypal account, but we will not be held responsible for excessive postage if you have not requested a combined invoice. Our postages are not worked out at checkout as some buyers seem to think.
Overseas parcels. We use Royal Air Mail Small Parcels. Postage discounts will be worked out as for UK . Parcels over £25.00 in value will be sent by ‘International Signed for’ and £5.50 will be added to your invoice towards this tracked system. If you require tracking for parcels below £25.00 in value, you may request this before paying. We will not send overseas packages over £25.00 without tracking, therefore if you pay for items before we have chance to add this to your invoice, you will be sent a separate invoice via paypal before we can send your parcel..
Please allow seven working days for your UK post to arrive. then contact us if it hasn't. We will do what we can to help. Usually it will be found sitting at your sorting office. Always give them a ring. They may have left you a card which has gone astray.
Items genuinely lost will always be re-sent. We do not refund on lost items as we feel we deserve the right to replace anything lost by Royal Mail.
To ask for a refund reflects badly on the Buyer, unfortunately, as this is usually what happens when 'Not genuine buyers' say an item has not arrived, in order to get a refund.. Unfortunately there are such Ebayers on here..Sad but true. But we are wise to them and can usually tell who is genuine and who is not...Please be fair with us and we will be with you.. Thank you.
Returns
In the event you are not happy with your item we will refund on BIN items returned to us within 14 days of Receipt. Items to be returned must be notified to us by an Ebay Message within 3 days of receipt. They must be received by us in the same condition as sent, with all tags and packaging still attached and in tact. Any items which appear to have been washed, worn or have any odour of smoke, perfume or other, will be returned to the buyer. Any fault must be reported / returned before an item is worn. We will not refund or exchange on items that have been washed, worn or both.
Standard SALE items are normally non returnable, but maybe considered for an Exchange against any full priced item. ( i.e not an item in a current promotional sale)...Please ask before returning Sale items.
Items that appear to have been deliberately damaged, i.e.seams deliberately unstitched or similar, usually in an attempt to avoid paying Return postage, will also be returned to the buyer.
Refunds will be issued usually within three working days, but they may take a while to show on your Paypal account. Return postage is at buyers cost. Therefore you must buy carefully when buying from Overseas,
We recommend that items are returned by Recorded delivery as we are not responsible for goods which do not arrive here.
Items won at auction do not qualify for automatic refund but may be exchanged for a different size or alternate item.
Feedback
If you are upset about anything to do with your order or service given, please do contact us before leaving Negative feedback or worse, low DSRs...5 positive Stars are great..If you cannot do this, then please make contact and we will put your problem right.
Please do not leave bad feedback simply because your item does not fit!! Give us a chance to exchange or ask for a return...there is not a problem..But please be fair and we will be too. The same with postage...we get goods out on time, but if Royal Mail let us down, please do not penalise us! |
