Below is a list of previously asked questions that will hopefully answer some of the questions you may have, saving you time.
Q: I need a part, but I can not find it in your shop. What should I do? A: One of the great things about us, is that we can source any part or accessory that you need. Simply tell us what you need and we will get back to you with a price along with a estimated delivery time. We can take all the leg work out of searching for a product. When we send you the quote you are not obligated to buy. You can use this quote to either take us up on the offer, or to compare against competitors. This is an especially good service for items that you simply can not find anywhere else. Give us a try. Just email us with the item that you need and wait for a reply.
Q: Which devices do you repair and what is the process? A: We repair many items from iPhones and blackberrys to laptops and macbooks.
The process is as follows:
1. You tell us a date and time that would best suit you.
2. We will reply back to you to let you know if this time/date is available, but if not, then we will suggest an alternative date.
3. Once we have both confirmed, we will require payment via PayPal, bank transfer or cash on collection.
4. Once we receive payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you which will detail the time of collection along with the part and repair requirements.
5. You will then need to reply back to the email to confirm that you wish for us to carry out the repair.
6. We will contact you via email to let you know that we have received the item and give a estimated date for delivery back to you. Usually next day, but no more than two days.
7. We will contact you for a final time to let you know that the item has been repaired and that we are sending it back out to you. We will also include a tracking number with courier details.
This process is usually very straightforward.
Q: How much does a repair cost?
A: Repair costs vary, but we can guarantee to beat any other genuine quote. Why? Well this is because we repair items mainly to promote our products. This means that we have no interest in charging customers high rates to repair there items.
Q: Can I choose a faster delivery service with a tracking option for items I buy from your eBay shop? A: Yes. On the item page there is a tab (button) that you can click called 'P&P and payments'. When you click this tab you will be able to find the cost and delivery time for each service in any country that we ship to. Please remember that delivery prices for each different item can vary so please check the delivery prices for the actual item you want to purchase. Once you purchase a item you will be given the option to choose an alternative delivery service.
Q: I can no longer find an item you were selling. Is it out of stock? A: We constantly update our stock. If you can no longer find a particular item then please let us know and we will let you know if we have it in stock.
Q: Are there any hidden or additional costs in your prices? A: No. The price you see in the listing is the price you will pay. The only additional cost will be if you choose to pay for a faster, tracked delivery service.
Q: Where is my order? A: If your order has not arrived within the delivery time, then this will be a problem with the delivery company. Simply let us know (leaving your username), then we will look into this and respond back to you with a resolution.
