Q: Do you combine Shipping?

A: Yes whenever we are able to. We can only combine shipping if a combined invoice is requested prior to making payment. If payment for multiple items is made separately we will at our discretion upgrade an order to either 1st Class or courier delivery if there is sufficient Postage within the order.

Q: What is your returns Policy?

A: All-Pack Solutions should be notified within 7 days of receipt and the item returned within it's original packaging within 14 days. All-Pack Solutions are not responsible for the cost of the return shipping

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Royal Mail 2nd Class Post: 2-3 working days from despatch. Royal Mail 1st Class Post: 1-2 working days from despatch. Courier delivery: Next Working day following despatch. Please Note: Working days are classed as Monday to Friday inclusive. Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class post are not guaranteed and the time-scales given are for guidelines only.
