Processing, Tracking & Insurance

All orders will be processed, professionally packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment being received/cleared.  You will receive an email notification on the day that your item ships.  From the ship date, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days (subject to variation based upon postal conditions).

We ship USPS Domestic First Class with Electronic Delivery Confirmation.

*Please note:  USPS Electronic Delivery Confirmation is different than UPS or FedEx tracking, and while you are given a "tracking number", you may not see updates of your package's progress along the way.  You will see that they have been notified to expect your package for shipping ... and this screen may not be updated until your package is scanned at the actual time of delivery to your door.  Delivery Confirmation is a reliable, cost effective solution which allows us to minimize shipping costs while enabling either party to verify whether a package has been delivered. 

Insurance is optional (for $1.95), but recommended as we can not be responsible for lost or stolen goods or goods damaged in transit.
