| Aliwant is accepts returns on all items sold. If you wish to return an item, it must be returned in a saleable condition ensuring that the Boots/Shoes/Items are in their original box with swing tags still attached. The item must show no evidence of wear unless the return is for a manufacturing fault. In the case of items returned with no defects:
Upon receipt we will offer a full refund via the payment method you originally used, minus the Postage and Packing costs. The cost of returning the goods to us is paid by the customer. In the case of items returned with manufacturing faults:
A full refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion. We recommend you use a registered delivery service as the item is still the responsibility of the customer until we receive the item back in the condition stated above. Please also include a short note explaining the issue. In the case of Free Post and Package, if the items is returned due to no genuine manufacturing fault there will be a charge of £5.00 to cover the actual P&P charge. Returns Address:
