Shipping and Delivery Christmas 2013
Over the holiday season, between 25th December 2013 and 1st January 2014, the EcoAir Offices will be closed.
With seasonality and “the great british weather” it is difficult to guarantee a normal service to our valued customers, we would therefore suggest that you place your orders in plenty of time.
Regrettably orders placed after 11:00 on 20th December 2013 will not be processed until we open once more on Thursday 2nd January 2014, when normal despatch services will resume.

How delivery works
After you place your order, please email us to arrange for a convenient delivery date and time. We will despatch within 1-3 working days.
Please provide a valid daytime telephone number and confirm the delivery address when you place your order. If payment is made via Paypal, we can only deliver to confirmed addresses registered with the payment service provider. To enable speedy delivery please ensure you give us your full and correct UK postcode. All courier and recorded deliveries require a signature. If a signature is not available, the goods will be returned to a nearby depot.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of the product at the prearranged time or you have provided an incorrect address or postcode or the item cannot fit through the access points to your property, the courier company will require a redelivery fee before the item can be redelivered, this cost will be passed on to you. Where items are on offer for free delivery, a minimum redelivery fee of £40 applies. Should you request for a return of the product and a refund, the refund will be subject to a restocking fee of £100. Remember that these items are often large. Arrangement for delivery & installation
Delivery appointments are Monday–Friday between the hours of 07:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. We may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery or a timed delivery upon request and we will let you know what is the additional cost, which will simply be the additional cost that the courier company will charge us.
Please check the product for apparent damage at the point of delivery and contact us on 0208 459 2458 immediately before you sign the delivery note to confirm the item is correct and free from apparent damage. Once you sign the item you received from the courier company, you will have confirmed that there is no damage in transit.
Installation (if applicable)
Where installation is required, you will be asked to sign an installation satisfaction note upon completion of the installation. Please note that the installation of air conditioning units does not include redecoration.
