Large items are shipped by our Pallet Freight Companies on Pallets. We reserve the right to send any item via any carrier of our choice without notice and in contravention of any previous notice.
Shipping is quoted as Zone 1 in the eBay Postage Section but the postage must be adjusted to your delivery Postcode before completing payment. Incomplete shipping payment will result in a delay of shipping. Please review the map to see which Zone your postcode is in. The checkout process allows you to adjust your postage accordingly, if not please contact us. Packet Shipping - International
Packet Shipping outside of the UK is subject to Quotation.
Combined Shipping
If it possible and we believe we can safely transport the goods this will be done.
Collecting in Person
Our Offices are open for collecting in person subject to appointment.
Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed believe due to incorrect addressing or closed addresses we will charge the customer for the costs involved for storage, redelivery and return return charges. Furthermore the customer will be liable for any further shipping cost back to their address on returned items. No refunds will be issued for items returned to us and not collected.
Damaged Items
In the event of a pallet delivery arriving damaged you must contact us before signing or rejecting the delivery for instructions. In the event you accept delivery you claim will be invalided. In rejecting a delivery without authorization from us you will incur return shipping cost yourself. All damaged items will be required to be photographed. |
