Q:  Why are so many beads measured in millimeters?

A:  Due to the relatively small size of many beads its easier to use millimeters to describe them.  Also, many beads are produced in countries where the metric system is standard.  For more bead sizing information Click Here .

Q:  Do you carry these beads in other sizes or colors?

A:  All of the colors currently in stock are listed as store items and/or auctions.  If your looking for a specific size or color, feel free to email.  These emails help give an idea of what new products to add next.

Q: I just received my order and there were some beads I didn't order in the package.   Is this a mistake? 

A:  Every order sent receives some extra sample beads as a thank you for choosing to shop with Ailacom.  Enjoy!

Q:  Can I order quantities other than what you have listed?

A: Definitely!  Most beads are sold in lots of 25, 36, and 100.  If you need a different quantity feel free to email  and I will let you know the price and add a store item in the amount you require.

Q:  I notice that you sell a lot of color mixes.  Could I get a mix of beads you don't have listed?

A:  Sure!  Just email with the combination and quantity you require up to 4 different colors and I will add a store item just for you!  Often I will like your combination so well it will become a permanent addition.  =)

Q:  What do shipping fees include?

A:  Shipping and Handling include postage, boxes and bubble mailers, ziploc bags for your beads, a small white starry organza gift bag, U.S. Tracking and delivery confirmation and the hard work it takes us to carefully pack your order.

Q:  How does combined shipping work?

A: Combined shipping is easy.  Simply place an order for as many items as you would like and then email for a total amount due.  U.S. Shipping is $2.00 for the first item and .25 for each additional item.  Payment via PayPal must be made as a single payment for combined shipping discounts.
