General Principles

We want our Customers to be delighted with their purchase.  In the unlikely event that there is a problem we will happily accept returns subject to our current returns policy.  Most of our 'Buy It Now' sales are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In the first instance we suggest that Customers contact us by email (either via eBay or direct) so that we can understand the problem and discuss how we could resolve the issue.

Policy

We will offer a full refund (including the original p&p charges where applicable) if any buyer is not happy with the actual condition of their purchase within 14 days of the CLOSE of the auction (buyer to pay return postage). 

If you wish to make a return it would be helpful if you can email us to tell us that you are doing so (before returning the item) in order for us to make sure that we receive the return and to enable us to identify the Customer that we need to refund.

Any return of funds will be via the EXACT method of payment that the Customer originally used for the transaction.

After the refund has been made, we will then contact the eBay Resolution Centre to commence a 'mutually cancelled transaction' case to enable us to reclaim the final selling fees that we will have incurred.

Non Faulty Returns

For returns that are not faulty a re-stocking fee of 10% will be deducted if the goods are not returned in their original condition along with all the original packing material.  Non faulty returns will only be accepted with reference to the Distance Selling Regulations.
