Faulty Items

Should anything go wrong with your item and it turns faulty within 30 days of purchase, you can return it back to us for a replacement or full refund. 

Please visit http://support.afterhours.co.uk to arrange a RMA number, then return the item back to us. Please note that if the item is faulty, we do not refund postage costs. We offer a Free post service* If you are applicable we will notify you of this during you RMA request. If you think you are entitled to this but haven't been offered it please contact us.

After 30 Days we are no longer able to offer a full refund for faulty items, instead we offer either a partial refund or store credit. The amount of store credit or refund will be decided by After Hours Computers LTD

Changed Your Mind?

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, should you change your mind about an item, you can return it back to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. 

Please visit http://support.afterhours.co.uk to arrange a RMA number, then return the item back to us. Items must be returned unopened and unused in a brand new condition. A deduction will be made from the refund to cover the original carriage charge and the return carriage is your responsibility. Please note: If the item is recieved damaged, we will reject the return or only provide a partial refund. 

RMA Procedure

Please visit http://support.afterhours.co.uk to obtain a RMA number. An support ticket must be submitted for all returned items, as products cannot not be returned without an RMA number. 

You will need to clearly mark the RMA Number on all the accompanying paperwork.  

Please provide as much of the following detail as possible in the Reason for Return / Description of Fault box and select the most accurate reason for return. By filling out as much information as possible, it will be able to help us process your RMA much quicker. 

All Products will be tested and by submitting an support ticket, you agree that if your product is found to have no faults, you will be liable for return postage. 

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, if you have changed your mind about an item and would like to return it to us, then you need to write to us within 7 days of receipt informing us of your decision by email or post. 

The item must be unused and be as new when you return it to us. The cost of returning the item is at the your expense. After Hours Computers Limited cannot accept any responsibility for any loss in transit returns. Your statuary rights are not affected. All manuals, cables, packaging, etc. are to be included in the return and packaging must be in new condition. 

We try to resolve every RMA as quickly as possible, but if after 30 days there is no further action on your part, the RMA will automatically close.
*Free post service is offered by After Hours Computers Limited for Faulty items in the first 30days, We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by Royal Mail, We ask that you please ensure you get a receipt for the item you are posting so that if any such event happens you are able to claim.
