Delivery and Returns

As soon as you have completed the checkout and your payment has cleared, we will send your item to you within 1-2 days. Your item will usually be sent the same day if purchased before 3pm. We use royal mail for most of our postage and next day courier for heavier items. Delivery to the UK is usually within 3 to 5 working days of the goods being dispatched. Delivery to Overseas is with Royal Mail again, and we target delivery to be within 7 to 10 working days of dispatch. Delivery is Monday – Friday, usually between 8am & 5 pm.

Please contact us first regarding faulty items. We will contact you back asap through the ebay messaging system. All problems and issues can be dealt with without the need of negative feedback. We will refund items that are faulty or incorrectly dispatched/described, together with your postage costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are found not to be faulty. All refunds will be processed as soon as your goods are returned to us.
