Shipping
We take great pride in sending out our orders the same or
the next working day following receipt of your order and payment. You will
receive an eBay notification mail advising of when your order has been
despatched.
UK
Unless you select another method at the time of purchase
all orders will be sent out by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Royal Mail
try to deliver these within 3 – 5 working days.
Europe
Unless you select another method at the time of purchase
European orders will be sent by Royal Mail standard (non tracked) Airmail
service. Most European orders arrive in approx 5 – 7 working days.
Please note that if you prefer an ‘enhanced’ service we do also offer the option
of either an ‘International Signed for Service’ (signature obtained on
delivery) or an ‘Airsure ‘fully tracked’ service’ . If you wish to use one of
these service please select it at the time of your purchase.
International orders
Unless you select another method at the time of purchase
International orders will be sent by Royal Mail standard (non tracked)
Airmail service. Most International orders arrive in approx 1 – 2 weeks.
Please note that if you prefer an ‘enhanced’ service we do also offer the option

Delayed Orders
While we endeavour to send all of our orders out the same
or the next working day we then have to rely on the postal services to get them
to you quickly and safely. However sometimes the postal services take a little
longer to deliver our orders so please allow for this if they don’t arrive as
quickly as expected.
Possible Lost Orders
Royal Mail have their own policies in place and will not
accept that an item might be lost for at least 15 ‘working days’ from the date
of posting. While we are happy for you to notify us of items that have not yet
arrived we hope you appreciate that we are also governed by the Royal Mail
Policies and therefore won’t be able to take any action on an undelivered item
until the 15 working days have passed. We won’t let you down and will resolve
the matter as quickly as possible but we do hope you can bear with us during
this period.
Please Also Note
Sometimes our packets are too big to push through the
letterbox and the posties take them back to their delivery office. When they do
this they are supposed to leave you a card to tell you so that you can arrange a
redelivery or to pick it up however we do know from their own admission that the
posties don’t always leave a card and then you don’t know they are holding it
for you. Therefore if you haven’t received your order after a week or so it
might well be worth popping into your local ‘Delivery Office’ not your
local Post Office, to ask if they are holding something for you. Most of
our orders are sent in white Jiffy type padded envelopes with a printed name and
address label and a PPI postage label on.
You may also have a telephone number in your local
directory for your Delivery Office however more recently Royal Mail have
decided in their wisdom that their Delivery Office staff don’t have time to talk
to the public and so in many instances have removed this method of
communication!?
Profit on postage costs
Our postage prices are based on what Royal Mail actually
charge us. We do not seek to add any profit onto our postage prices.
PayPal is our preferred method
of payment for both UK & overseas customers as it is quick & easy for you and
for us.
If you prefer not to pay online
we accept Credit & Debit card payments over the telephone. Please call us on +44
(0)1342 326977 Monday to Friday between 9:30am & 5pm GMT. We will need your
eBay User ID or an Item Number to find your order. We accept most major Credit &
Debit cards.
We also accept UK cheques & UK
Postal Orders although it is quicker & easier for you to telephone us & pay by
Debit card if you have one. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques, checks or
money orders from outside the UK. Payments should be made payable to DJB

Returns
Returning orders
If you change your mind and wish to return an order we are
happy for you to do so and will refund the cost of the item/s when we
receive them back, however due to the high cost of postage we cannot refund the
initial postage or your return postage costs.
If the item is faulty then please contact us and we will
advise about returning/exchanging the item.
