We encourage the purchase of products that are environmentally friendly, using organic cottons, recycled materials and natural dyes where possible.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Discount on postage offered on multiple purchases, please contact me for details. UK buyers may pay by Paypal or postal order or personal cheque. Please contact me for cheque payment details and allow up to 5 working days for cheque to clear before item can be posted. Overseas buyers may pay by Paypal only.  All UK items are sent by recorded delivery, and you will receive a message telling you when your item has been despatched. If your item does not arrive within 5 working days of being despatched, please contact me. I will help you to track and trace your item but I can not be held responsible for any failings on the part of the postal services should your item be lost or damaged. Thanks!
  

Aecetia Fair Trade Company only supplies goods that are certified by BAFTS. Our suppliers ensure that workers are paid well, work in pleasant conditions and receive proper training. None of our suppliers use children as labour. With the money you spend and the wages they earn, workers in fair trade organistions receive better healthcare, education and security. All of the materials are locally produced. Not only that, your ethical shopping here helps organisations in 3rd World countries like schools and orphanages, who receive donations from many of our suppliers. With your support, we will continue to expand our range of suppliers so that even more people will benefit directly from your trade.   

 

We also ensure that we use suppliers who have an environmentally friendly approach to production. Most of our suppliers use Azo-Free or natural dyes for all their materials and many use recycled materials where possible. There's also benefits to workers; using environmentally friendly products makes the workplace a lot safer. In addition, we stock a range or organic cotton items provided by certified organic cotton fair trade sources. So you can enjoy purely natural items that don't cost the earth. We now also use Degradamailer mail bags for despatching your items to you that not only are 100% biodegradable but also can be easily recycled.

Our promise to you is to provide high quality items at great prices, all fairly traded with great customer service. If an item doesn't fit or isn't what you expected it to be, don't worry, just let is know and return it to us in its original packaging with the tags on within 14 days. You will receive a full refund for the item. We offer discount on postage for multiple purchases and only charge postage at cost. We use Royal Mail Signed For Service so that all items will come with your regular mail. If you have any enquiries about an item, please just contact us and we will be happy to help.
