| Q:How long will it take to receive my order Internationally? |

| A:Once the order is left at the Post Office we have no control over the time it takes to ship outside the US. Custom delays can interfere with shipping time. Priority International Mail is not trackable. Only Express International offers tracking. Email us for Express International pricing as it varies per country and weight. |
| Q:Are detailed instructions included with the peels? |

| A:Yes. All of the peels we sell come with complete detailed instructions. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:Due to contamination issues we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products. We will accept returns that are in their original sealed condition. |

| Q:How much product is in each sample vial ? |

| A:There is approximately 3.75-4. ml in each sample vial from Skinceuticals and IS Clinical. When used correctly, each vial should last approximately 2 weeks. Image Skin Care products have 1/4 oz of product in each. |
| Q:What is the expiration date for Skinceuticals products? |

| A:Skinceuticals does not stamp an expiration date on their products with the exception of the sunscreens. All products are fresh, ordered weekly, and stock rotation done weekly. |
| Q:Are these products fresh and authentic? |

| A:All products are absolutely authentic and are ordered and rotated weekly to assure freshness. |
| Q:When can I start tracking my item? |

| A:The electronic tracking often times does not show any shipment details until the package has been delivered. Please do not email us and ask for us to track your order. We do not have any other way to track than you do. What you see is the same information that we see. |
| Q:How long will it take before my product ships? |

| A:Products ship within 48 hours once payment has been received. Occasionally, a product may be on back order and will ship several days later. In this case you will be notified in advance to inform you when you can expect delivery. |
