Payment methods   We accept either Pay Pal 
Credit or Debit Card or Personal Cheque.  As soon as payment is received a confirmation e-mail will be sent you and estimated time of arrival of your order will be given you.  (Usually Next Day)
Shop ship-to locations  

We mainly ship to UK, we do on occasions ship to europe but please bear in mind that these items are bulky and so can make the shipping costs higher than might be expected so please e-mail first so we can get a quote to you.

 

Postage & packaging  

The buyer pays for the shipping costs. Your order will be processed the same day and sent out by first class courier.  All our items are packed using protective heavy duty plastic packaging.  The acoustic tiles have cardboard sheets top and bottom to give more protection from being pierced.  All our items are sent by either ANC or Interlink Express depending on which has better coverage of your location.

 

Customer service & return policy  

All the products are new and straight off the cutting machine when they are ordered.  Our items are inspected so they will not have any tears, discolouration or manufacturing defects.  In the rare occason that you are not completely satisfed we have a 7 day money back guaruntee subject to a 20% stocking charge and all items must be in original packaging.
