Our Guarantee and Return Policy All of our items are Smoke Free, clean, free of holes, and new unless otherwise noted in the description. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. We strongly recommend that you insure the return, as we will not issue any refund until we receive the item in satisfactory condition.

We do our utmost to accurately describe each item and to display the colors as near to actual as we are able to, however, colors are tricky.  Some colors look different  in different lighting situations, for instance something may look pink inside under flourescent lighting and tan outside in sunlight.  In some instances, it is necessary to add light to very dark colors to allow the item pattern to show up in the picture. Shiny fabrics are very difficult to accurately display, because the  flash reflections  show up very bright causing the shadows to appear much darker than actual.... I sometimes try 5-6 different lighting variations, and take a dozen pictures and still cannot get a totally accurate depiction - which I always try to describe in the description of the fabric.  Another problem with color is that  each monitor will display colors somewhat differently - therefore the color you are seeing may not be the color of the item, or the color I saw when I made the listing. If color is important to you, please ask us before placing your order.
