We work very hard to find you the best values, to describe everything accuratly in the description portion of the listing - (Please read the description), to fill your order correctly, and to ship it promptly for the best shipping charges value. However, we will be the first to admit that we are human and we have been known to make mistakes. However, when that occurs, if our buyers will take a minute and contact us we will do our very best to make things right.
So if you have a complaint, let us hear about it in person - we can probably make things right the same day. Don't put your complaint in the feedback. Bad feedback is intended for sellers who fail to respond positively to complaints. If you just trash me in the feedback, without giving me a chance to correct the problem, that is totally unfair.
