All items delivered in the UK are posted by Recorded Delivery so I always have proof of delivery. A claim can be made with the Post Office should an item go missing in the postal system.

International Customers ~ please note that if you request your item to be posted by Standard Airmail, this a non-tracking service with no insurance or guarantee of delivery. If you require your items to be posted by Standard Airmail please contact me BEFORE payment as there will be an additional cost.

Returns Policy ~ if you no longer require an item you can cancel a purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. Please contact me first before returning any goods. The item must be returned to me by Recorded Delivery in the exact condition received. A refund of the item will be given, less any postage costs, on receipt of delivery. If an item has been damaged in transit a full refund will be issued, including postage costs.
