Postage & Packing

If you are intending to buy an item or have bought an item of us, please check the postage for your postcode (details are listed below), and adjust accordingly as the item will not leave the warehouse until the right postage has been paid. Also, we will need your phone number as couriers need it for delivery. Please send it via sales record, or eBay messages or leave us a note once you’ve completed the payment on PayPal.
All items delivered via Royal Mail will be dispatched within 48hrs of payment being received.
Items being sent via courier will be booked within 48hrs of payment being received.                      Next day delivery is an option which will cost an additional charge, Please email us or call for a quote.

Please contact us regarding quotes for overseas shipping.
Postage will be discounted for buyers buying more than one item at the same time.

Local pick up: Can be arrange but there will be a small charge of £3 handling for items under £50 and £5 for items over £50 to be added if you wish to carry out your purchase, Due to some one being available to assist you in the warehouse.

Do I sign for my goods if they are damaged?

If the goods are damaged, please sign to accept, but note that the goods are damaged.
  If you sign for the goods in 'Good Condition' you will not be able to process a claim.

Return Policies                                                     If there is a problem with your goods please contact us via email adam_galeriya@live.com or give us a call on (0116) 2102855 or 07877595279 as soon as possible, with your record number which you will find on your invoice, so that we can resolve the matter quickly and efficiently. Defective product must be noticed within 3 days and sent back to us within 7 days after item received. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. If Item found not to be defective, shipping fee (excluding handling fees) will be charged for reshipment of the item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A 20% handling charge will occur if you decide to return a non faulty item.

Please note we recommend that a recorded service is used as we are unable to except any responsibility for returned items being lost in the post.
