Buyer
- Please note that by placing a bid you are making a contract between you and the seller. Once you place a bid, you may not retract it and it is illegal to win an auction and not purchase the item.
- We do not accept any excuses of retracting a bid after the auction has ended. We will file a NON-PAYING BIDDER if no payment received after 5 days.
Note: Non-paying bidders will face an indefinite suspension.
Price
- The price you see is what you pay.
- Postal Price listed is for delivery for UK Mainland only.
- Additional Item Postal Price is for SAME TITLE and SAME AUCTION only. We do not normally give discounts for items bided in various auctions, please email us before bidding.
- WE WILL NOT SEND OUT IF PAYMENT IS NOT PAID IN FULL.
Payment
- We allow receiving payments up to 5 days. After the given time, we have no choice but to report to eBay a Non-Paying Bidder.
- We only accept Payment by:

- PLEASE DO NOT OFFER OTHER TYPES OF PAYMENT
- WE WILL NOT SEND OUT IF PAYMENT IS NOT PAID IN FULL.
Delivery
- All items are delivered by either Royal Mail or any of our Couriers.
- Buyer Presence & Signature may be needed upon receiving items. We are not responsible for the lost of items if someone (eg. family members, neighbours etc.) has signed for the package.
- Please give your contact telephone number together with the payment as we might give it the our couriers if they couldn't find your address.
- Please check the package for items missing or damage in front of the Postman or Courier Driver before signing it. Reject it if missing or damaged item. Inform us straight away.
SUPPORT & RETURNS
- All Brand New Items have a 1 Year Warranty from the day the item is purchased unless otherwise stated.
- If any faults occur during the 1 year Warranty Period. Please email us at Support.
- Prior to returning the faulty items please email us at the Returns Department
- Please remember to include all the original packaging and the accessories.
- As per the Distance Sellings Regulations 2000 consumers have the right to return any goods purchased for a full refund. Notice of this cancellation of the contract to purchase the goods must be provided in writing to the seller within 7 days of receipt and goods returned straight away. The goods must be returned using a "signed for" delivery service at the purchasers expense and must be complete and in "as new" and fully saleable condition. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded.
