2. RETURNS POLICY
All goods are checked and verified upon dispatch. If the product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services team via e-bay ONLY who will notify you of our returns procedure.
You have up to 14 days from delivery to report faulty or damaged items. Full refund will only be issued if the items are returned unused and in its original packaging including all the accessories. It must be in a re-sellable condition. P & P is not included in the refund price and shipping charges will be incurred by the buyer. Goods received back NOT in a re-sellable condition will be returned back to you as we are unable to accept these and the cost of delivery will be charged to you. Where goods have been damaged during transportation, a refund will be given at the cost of the goods upon receipt of the item sold. Note: delivery charges will be paid by the buyer
3. DELIVERY POLICY
We are using royal mail: for light and small items- with 1 day dispatch time, taking 3-5 working days 2nd class royal mail service.
For heavier/bulkier items we are using a different courier service, with one day dispatch time and 3-5 working days delivery times.|
