Should you find the item received not as per your expectation or you cannot use it, you can always return to us in its original sealed packaging in 3 working days for a full refund without any questions asked. Please send it back to our address: Mr. John Wong c/o Above Fashion PO Box 6835, General Post Office 2 Connaught Place Hong Kong US customers: Please provide a LC number in the form of LCXXXXXXXXXXX which can be found in the customs declaration form obtainable from USPS. Non-US customers: If you do not use USPS, then please provide a scan of the postal receipt. As soon as we can track the LC number or receive your scan, we will process the refund. Please note that you will incur the cost of the returning postage.  If you receive the item damaged or not as per description on our eBay item page, please contact us via eBay message so to clarify and resolve the issue. If you think a photo would help, we will appreciate it so to let us know what exactly went wrong. Depending on the item, we can either provide a refund, partial or in full, or resend another accordingly. If necessary, we will advise the return details. If the problem is entirely ours, we will bear the cost of the returning postage. We hope we have resolved it up to your expecation.
