Postage and delivery

We dispatch all items ordered and paid for up until 3pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. We will send you an email to let you know that your order has been posted. All items to UK are sent by Royal Mail 1st class in a padded envelope to protect them and we always get proof of postage. Items over £20 will be sent recorded and will need to be signed for on delivery. Other delivery options are available, please ask.

Royal Mail aspires to deliver in 1-2days, please note we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail failing to meet this target. If your goods are time dependent please contact us so we can make alternative arrangements.

Please note that Royal Mail will not entertain any claim for non-delivery until 15 working days have elapsed, we will of course work with you to resolve any problems that may arise.
