Most orders will be
dispatched by a reputable shipping company such as royal mail
and parcelforce. We offer excellent delivery times including
24hours, 48hours and next day timed deliveries. We make every
effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however
delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
Please DO NOT book your car in for any repair until you
physically have the item in your possession as AZ Car Parts
Wakefield shall be under no liability for any costs damages,
charges or expenses caused by any delay for the delivery of
goods under circumstances beyond our control Delivery times are
working days excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Saturday deliveries incur extra charges and are usually not
guaranteed. |

We accept all major Credit
and Debit cards and Bank Transfers only. We will not dispatch
goods or put goods on back order until payment is received in
full. Back orders are placed in good faith but sometimes due to
circumstances beyond our control manufacturer or importers may
be out of stock whereby a full refund will be offered. |

The postage & packaging
charges are clearly listed in each listing for UK mainland only.
All our items are sent either RoyalMail
1st Class post or ParcelForce
courier. Estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 working days
after cleared payment has been received, however sometimes this
may vary depending on the postal system in your area All
deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for
delivery.

Returns |

All goods are sold subject to
the manufacturer's Conditions of Sale and Grantee. Returns can
only be made by prior arrangement, please call 01924 369000 for
a return authorisation number. Unauthorised returns will be
refused. Unused, unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days
after receipt. A no qiubble refund or exchange will be given provided that
they are in 'as new' condition, with All original packaging and
is suitable for resale. A minimum handling charge applies for
non-fault returns. You are always responsible for the safe
return of unwanted or faulty goods. Please send returns recorded
or special delivery with a return authorisation number and
covering letter. Postage is only refunded when goods are
returned and proved to be faulty. Faulty goods must be returned
according to the manufacturers instruction, in the absence of
this please contact us for advice. Under no circumstances will
AZ Car Parts Wakefield can be held for any fitting charges
incurred by the buyers. It is the buyers responsibility to
ensure he has the correct parts prior to fitting. no liability
or returns are accepted where buyers attempt to modify or
install components where it is known or thought to be reasonably
known to the purchaser that the part is incorrectly supplied or
otherwise. Please Note: No refunds will be issued without proof
of purchase, name and address of recipient and a brief
description of problem where necessary. This will enable us to
ensure all transactions are resolved quickly. |
