Payment

Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. We accept Paypal, personal cheque and postal orders. Please email us for an address to send cheques and postal orders to. We do not charge extra for Paypal. Please be aware that if you pay by E-Cheque then this can take up to 10 days to clear.

Postage

All of our items are weighed and measured individually to give you an accurate postage cost which is stated on the listing. If you require a postage cost for another country then please do not hesitate to contact us. Emails are replied to ASAP.

We also offer a postage discount for multiple item purchases. For an accurate price, please purchase all the items you want and before paying request a revised invoice from us. This often works out cheaper then adding on a specific amount per item, as royal mail delivery prices are in brackets of weight (therefore sometimes 2 items costs the same as 1 item to send). If you are short of time then please feel free to purchase all items, pay for them, and message us asking for a refund for the difference in charges  (I am only able to do this on Paypal transactions)

All postage charges are for Royal Mail First Class delivery, if you would like a different service to be used i.e. recorded then please contact me.

We do our best to dispatch items same day on weekdays if purchased before 4pm. If this isn’t possible then we will send it the following day. All Items purchased on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday.

Feedback

Feedback is very important to us as we strive to be excellent sellers with excellent customer service standards. If you have any problems at all with the service or product that you have received then please contact us!. We will always try to rectify any problems you have. Most issues can be fixed without leaving unnecessary negative feedback.

I will leave feedback for you as soon as I can after I have dispatched your item. Please leave us feedback, this is to show us that you have received your item.

If you haven’t received your item a week after dispatch notification has been received then please let us know. We are not mind readers!

Returns

Whilst we hope that everyone is 100% happy with the product that they have received we also know that this cannot always be the case. Within the first 14 days If you want a refund or exchange on your item then please email me. Non faulty items can only be refunded or exchanged if in a resalable condition. If your item is faulty then we will refund or exchange at the buyer’s discretion at no cost to you, all you need to do is ask.
