| A:We are very sorry but at this time we do not offer local pickup. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We ship some items internationally. Please check the SHIPPING tab of a particular listing to see where that item ships to. We usually ship UPS or FED EX and the price is listed on the auction. To some countries (including but not limited to Czech Rep, Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Poland, Malta) we ship USPS Express Mail. |
| Q:How long does it take to process a return? |

| A:We try to process returns within 3 to 5 days of receipt. If you have questions please contact us using the Ebay message system and we will gladly check your return status. |
| Q:How do I return an item? |

| A:Please contact us in the Ebay message system and we will be happy to assist you with your return. We ask that you return items in the original packaging and include a copy of our RMA form which is linked on your auction in the CONTACT INFO section. A full refund or exchange is processed upon receipt. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. |

| Q:How do you ship to Canada? |

| A:We ship UPS Expedited or FED EX Express to Canada. This includes the brokerage fee. Buyers are responsible for duties/taxes. A phone number is required. We do NOT ship USPS. |
| Q:Do you ship to AK, PR and HI and by what carrier? |

| A:We ship most items to AK, PR, and HI. We always use USPS Priority Mail even though the shipping might say UPS (this is becuase Ebay considers you part of US and we cannot seperate the shipping). If you use the zip calculator the price quoted is correct but the carrier is Usps Priority. |

| Q:What is the password on my PC / Apple? |

| A:We do not put passwords on any of our machines. They are loaded with a clean OS load with no password. Simply hit enter with the password line blank. |
