BY PURCHASING ON EBAY FROM US YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS
RETURNS POLICY
In the event that your item is faulty or damaged you are required to notify us by email within 48hrs of receipt. All returns must be supported with an Ebay return request form. The item must be returned in its original packaging at the cost of the buyer.
If you have simply changed your mind and no longer require the item please complete an Ebay return request form and once accepted return un-opened at your own cost and we will refund in full minus all carriage charges within 7 days of receipt.
Customers must agree to the cancellation of the Ebay transaction before the refund can be completed.
In the event that there are parts missing, please notify us within 48hrs of receipt and we will rectify the matter.
DELIVERY ADVICE
Please be advised that if the goods are signed for before inspection and subsequently are found to be damaged, we will be unable to claim from the carrier and therefore cannot accept responsibility.
It is imperative that the Ebay contact details and addressing information is correct. If you have changed address recently please ensure that the new details have been updated.
We will require your contact telephone number for orders sent by carrier. We are unable to dispatch without one. It would be appreciated if this could be included on the 'notes to seller' section at checkout.
The carrier will attempt delivery and may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a secure place if you are out. If this is not possible you will be left a card to re-arrange delivery.

If you require any aftersales information you must email and we will endeavour to reply within 24hrs. We regret that we are unable to provide tracking information by telephone.
COLLECTIONS
We are always open Saturday morning. Please telephone first to confirm. We welcome orders to be collected from our depot. Please ask for a revised invoice without the carriage charge at checkout. Payments made by credit/debit card at our depot will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
We can offer an express service for urgent orders of most items at additional cost.

Please ask for the carriage charge to your area before purchasing. We will need to request underpaid carriage before the goods can be dispatched and you should allow an additional few days for delivery.
WIRE NETTING/WELD MESH
We are advised by the factories that manufacture our wire that the specification can vary from + or - 5% per roll. Please allow for this when ordering.
CREDIT DEBIT / CARD PAYMENTS
All deliveries with payment by credit / debit card must be sent to the registered card address. There is a £25 minimum total order value.
CHEQUE PAYMENTS
Please note that the minimum total order value for cheque payments is £25 due to the bank charges involved. |
