Records

All my 12” and 7” are mailed in a protective cardboard sleeve with a bracer to prevent damage to the corners of the records. If you order a double album then postage will be higher to reflect the extra weight.

Other Items

All other items are well packaged and disguised to ensure they reach you as described.

Most First Class Recorded items arrive by the next working day. And it's great value too, at just 65p plus postage.

Guarenteed next day delivery by 9am including upto £50 maximum compensation for lost or damaged items.

Payment

I accept the following types of payment from all bidders

Cheque

Items dispatched on clearance of cheque. Please allow five working days from the receipt of cheque.

I will email winners to notify of payment clearance and on receipt of payment.

I do not accept any other form of electronic payment.

Auction Close

I expect some form of contact within 3 days of the auction close. I will email an invoice to the successful bidder with payment terms, any postage discount and the final total. I would be grateful if winning bidders would complete the checkout feature.

Feedback

I will always leave positive feedback for smooth hassle free transactions. I will post feedback on the completion of the sale having received feedback for myself. This way i know the item has got through safely.

Returns Information

If you are unsatisfied with the item or it is not as described in the listings i will refund the final selling price of the item upon its safe return to me. I cannot refund the postage, and if the item is damaged in the post on its way back the refund is void.

Lost or Missing items

Unless you take out insurance then i am afraid i cannot be held accountable for lost or delayed items . I will always try to help track any lost items and always include a return address on parcels. Email me if you need an invoice ammended for insurance.
