This item is graded/Manufacturers return stock.
These items have been returned to major manufacturer with little or no defects and could be less than 1 month old. These products may be classed as graded for a number of reasons:
- They may have been previously sold, and the box opened and then subsequently returned to one of our parent stores and not put back on resale for cosmetic packaging reasons. This is often as little as a broken security seal.
- Alternatively, they may simply have incurred a minor amount of cosmetic packing damage during handling in the day to day running of our business.
- Some items may also have been returned to our stores with a reported fault or difficulty in using.
Most cases these items have not been repaired and are pre-working stock. Its been refurbished by a Logistic company, checking for functionality. Complete with all the accessories (please refer to the listing for exact packaging list).
All of our items is fully tested for quality, making sure that all is in working order. It comes with three months parts and labour (return to base). Please note there may be minor cosmetic marks that does not affect or hinder the functionality in any way.
7 Days NO Quibble return.
- If so any reason you changed your mind, you can send it back for a full refund (customers are responsible for the cost of delivery) within 7 days after receiving the item.
Delivery Via DHL
- All items are despatched within 3 working days from receipt of cleared payment - with most items shipping the next working day.
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 07.00 to 19.00 and must be SIGNED FOR.
Failed delivery attempts will be carded. You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.

- Please note that we can not be held responsible for items that are delayed in the postal system as it is simply beyond our control. Any items missing in the postal service are not considered lost until 7 working days have passed.
Option to Collect - APPOINTMENT ONLY

Returns
Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel
notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.
Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
A full refund, including original P&P, will be processed.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Faulty products
- In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued upon receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
- Should an item become faulty within the stated warranty period, but after our 30 day replacement/refund scheme, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement or refund (excluding original shiping) upon receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
Return postal costs will be refunded once the fault is confirmed. If the item is not found to be faulty, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping. All replacements are subject to stock availability.
For all returns, please include the following:
- Your original invoice and all original parts/accessories included with the original shipping.
- A covering letter detailing the reason for return and the nature of any fault(s).
- Your preference for a replacement or a refund.
Please allow up to 5 working days to process all returns, and up to 21 working days for completion of any repairs. The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.
