Our Super Fast Shipping Policy
It is our intent to provide you with the greatest possible customer experience as you shop our eBay store. We understand that when most people visit us, they have broken equipment and need to get it back in operation quickly. We take our commitment to you very seriously.
We ship packages 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) 52 weeks a year. Every day that the post office is open in our town, shipments go out.
You have our guarantee that once your order is placed, it will be shipped in as timely a manner as possible. Approximately 90% of our orders ship the same day that payment is received. Most others ship the next day.
Please note that when your invoice is printed, the eBay system will automatically send a shipment notification to you via e-mail. This does not mean that you package has gone out the door. It does mean that your package is in the packing process and will be shipped directly. If you receive a shipment notification on a Friday evening-Sunday, you should assume that your package will go out the first of the following week.
Every product in our eBay store has a Priority Mail option. Smaller items also have an option to ship First Class Mail. If you are in a rush to receive your item(s), please let me encourage you to pay the additional funds and upgrade your order to Priority Mail. This will ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to package damage and product loss, all mower blades and chain saw bars will now ship UPS Ground. This will allow us to provide a more reliable service on the parts that you need. All other items will currently continue to ship via the USPS, unless they are combined with UPS items.
If we have any problems filling your order, we will contact you at once and let you know. This very seldom happens.
