Please provide a contact phone number in the PayPal message section incase there is a problem with delivery. If you do not receive your item within 5 days and you have not been notified of a problem, please contact us.

A full VAT reciept is available on request, please email or phone.

Our courior deliverys are made By DPD or FedEx. Both require a signiture on delivery unless specified. If you would like to add additional information for delivery please let us know either by phone or in the PayPal message section.

Large quantities of hazardous material will be sent via a special hazardous Transport company which may take longer to be delivered.
