Combined Shipping

We are happy to combine shipping for our customers. The item with the highest shipping cost is then combined with any additional items purchased at a reduced shipping rate. Contact us If you would like a combined shipping quote for multiple purchased items. Please use the "ask seller a question" link on any of our e-bay auction pages, to respond to a specific item. We will be happy to get back to you as soon as possible!

The easiest way to pay for your item is by using the eBay Checkout! It's simple and it walks you through the process of paying via Paypal or gives you all the information you need to mail in your payment!

Shipping

• Items ship either by UPS or USPS to the Contiguous 48 States by our descresion. International buyers are welcomed, please contact us for shipping quote. We ship at a fixed amount solely based on the item up for auction which include a small handling fee (see "shipping" on the auction page to see the cost of any item you are interested in). All of our items are professionally packaged and  are shipped via UPS or USPS. You must provide a valid street address to have your package delivered too. We will not be responsible for packages after they have been delivered/signed for.

• aquabluepoolsupply.com makes every effort to ship all orders within 72 hours of receipt of a cleared payment recieved. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). However, shipping delays are possible due to merchandise availability, seasonal volume, and other unforeseen events. You will be notified via email if there are any extended delays. We will send you a shipping notification e-mail as a courtesy that your order has been shipped.

Please contact us if you live in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii  and Alaska as shipping to these areas will cost more.

• The consumer is responsible to provide correct shipping address. Any cost incurred due to wrong addresses will be charged to customer’s account.

Warranty Information

• All products sold by aquabluepoolsupply.com carry a manufacturer warranty. If you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Please contact us by email if you require assistance.
• aquabluepoolsupply.com does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. aquabluepoolsupply expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell.

Returns

• If aquabluepoolsupply ships you the wrong product by our mistake, please contact us. We will require the product to be shipped backed to us undamaged, within 15 days upon receipt. Once received we will be more than happy to refund your money for your original purchase or exchange it. 
• Before you order products from our website please confirm the products you are ordering are applicable and designed for your pool or spa, and that they will be used in the manner for which they were intended.
• If your order arrives damaged, please email aquabluepoolsupply immediately. Different actions will be taken depending on each situation; please keep the box and everything inside it in the exact condition as it was delivered.

Returned Merchandise Authorization

• All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), subject to the conditions outlined in the return instruction email we send to all customers who request an RMA#. You, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping, unless we have shipped a product other than that which was expressly ordered by you.  Returned items must be received within 15 days of receipt. All items returned to aquabluepoolsupply will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  Please make sure all returned items are in undamaged original packaging and have not been used.  The customer pays for all return shipping.
• aquabluepoolsupply will not accept any installed products for return.

Feedback Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving any neutral or negative feedback.
