On the rare occasion an item is found to be faulty or not as described I will give a full refund including postage. I believe in good customer care and can understand that sometimes an item may not be quite what you expected or may not fit properly, so to take this into account I am happy to accept returned items. Postage under these circumstances is non-refundable and returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to cover eBay re-listing and final value fees.
