| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Returns accepted and refunds given for any item that is found to have some defect not described in the original listing or any item incorrectly described.Please contact us with your problem as soon as as possible. We will refund you providing the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent to you. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We combine shipping on any multiple purchase. Items can be collected in person but this will have to be at a time and date convenient to the shop. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:Generally any payments made before 2pm on a weekday will be shipped the same day! Unless very heavy all items are posted first class so depending on the Royal Mail items paid for before 2pm should arrive the next day. Exceptions are any payments after 2pm on Friday or at the weekend. Weekend items paid for after 2pm Saurday will be shipped Monday. |
