Costumes can be exchanged for sizing problems only, if applicable. Postage for exchange is responsibility of buyer. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Seller MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of order to request exchange.
Any return must be mutually agreed upon between buyer and seller. buyer must obtain an RMA# (return merchandise authorization #) from seller prior to return. No exceptions.
If a costume item is found to be defective, the seller must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is to be returned for an exchange the package must be mailed within 48 hours of receiving the required RMA#.
