We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Deliveries can take upto 10 working days but we aim to deliver in advance of this where possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
We deliver using carriers, contact pallet network and our own transport, although damages are infrequent, a lot of items that I sell are high value and fragile!! please take out the optional insurance as the standard carrier insurance may not cover the whole value of a claim. £1 for items under £50 and £3 for items over £50
