Please Read before placing your order
If you buy an item at our standard rate, your item will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
All orders are labeled with our return address. If an item does not get returned to us, we can not issue a refund as we then consider Royal Mail reliable for non-delivery.
We can not issue a refund in case of any loss, damage or delay caused by Royal Mail (2nd class). In case of a lost or damaged item we can provide you with a claim form from Royal Mail.
We do offer and highly reccomend a recorded service or a next day special deliery service for which we can take full responsibility. These options are available in the checkout.
If you have any questions or special requests please message us on eBay instead of leaving a note. Paypal notes are easily overlooked and we can't reply on Paypal notes automatically.
Postage Discounts
Postage discounts are always available for people who buy more than one item from our shop. Please wait before paying untill you received an invoice with combined postage costs.
For large orders (over 2kg) to UK & overseas, postage costs will be from £10, this includes Scottish offshore, some Scottish mainland, Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Fast and correct Delivery
Payments must be received by us before 3pm to be sent out the next working day. On Sundays payments must be received before 12pm to be sent out the next working day.
Orders are always sent out to the address provided by you on Paypal. If you require your order to be delivered to a different address, please contact us before or as soon as you have placed an order.
We offer a 24 hour carrier service for UK Mainland on all items for a special price, starting from £4.99.
We advise you to message us on ebay if you want to make use of our 24 hour service to assure we can deliver to you on time.
Please note: our 24-48 hour courier delivery does not deliver on weekends and the 24-48 hour delivery starts from moment of dispatch, not the moment you order!
