    DELIVERY

    • Most of our items are sent Via Royal Mail, heavy items are sent via UPS and DPD.
    • 95 % of our items are usually dispatched same day except bank holidays and weekends.
    • Our estimated delivery times are accurate most the time but in some rare cases they are delayed because we use third party to deliver our products.
    • In some rare cases Royal Mail doesn't deliver on time, as per Royal Mail T&C you will need to allow 15 working days before a replacement can be sent.
    • Items will be dispatched to the address listed on the buyer’s eBay/PayPal account only. If the address is incorrect or incomplete you will be liable for a second time delivery charge. Delivery cost will be as per Royal Mail price list.
    • We do not ship to PO Box or British Armed Forces Addresses.
    • Please note the mentioned postage charges doesn't cover some parts of UK Mainland, UK Highland & Islands and Northern Ireland, there will be an extra postage fee. Please contact us before you place an order.
    • Please note, the mentioned international rate doesn't cover Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in Spain and Azores and Madeira Island in Portugal, please contact us before you place an order.

    RETURNS

    • If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 working days for a full refund excluding delivery charges and buyers will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note item must be in original condition unopened and unused.
    • All Small items are subject to a minimum £2.00 restocking fee and heavy items will be subject to a minimum of £5 restocking fee.
    • We must be notified within 14 days for items which are faulty on receipt; a refund will be issued once the fault has being confirmed by our technicians.
    • Returned items must not be used or have any sign of abuse or intentional damage.
    • We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing credits, or exchanges.
    • All our items are packed professionally, we can’t be held responsible in case of any miss-handling but we will try to solve the issue as soon as possible and send out replacement where applicable.
