What should I do after I’ve won an item?

After you’vefinished congratulating yourself for a job well done, proceed through to eBaycheckout and check your email for detailed payment instructions.

Please makesure your details (including chosen payment method, address and daytime phone number) are accurate during checkout so that we can dispatch your item as soon as possible.

Will I receive a tax invoice orreceipt with my purchase?

Yes, atax invoice will be sent to your email once your payment has been confirmed.

Is GST included in the winning bid?

Yes, thewinning bid is GST inclusive.

Shipping and Delivery Questions

How much is the postage andhandling fee?

In instances that postage cost varies, we have ahandy and convenient postage calculator at the bottom of each listing; simplytype your postcode in the freight and handling box to see how much yourshipping costs will be.

Can I get a discount on the postageand handling fee if I purchase more than one item?

Many ofour products have low or even free postage to reward you for shopping with us, currently we do not offer a further combined discount on freight.However if we do in the future, we’ll let you know straight away!

How will my item be delivered?

Your itemwill be delivered via Australian Post eParcel service in most cases. For largeand heavy items, we use a courier service. The AGR processing centre willautomatically send you a postage notification via email with the tracking number onceyour item has been dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address after payment?

Sorry, butwe are unable to change the delivery address after payment. We strive todispatch all products immediately after payment and any disruption to this willaffect not only your order but that of other customers. Please provide correct information before andduring checkout.

I have a P.O Box Address, can Iuse it?

Only itemsusing eParcel service can be delivered to a P.O. Box address. Items above 25kg or longer than 1metre will be delivered usingcourier services. Please refer to the item specifications on the listing for confirmation of size and weight. We highly recommend that you change your delivery address to a workplace for items that are large and bulky.

In cases that we have not received your updated address during the dispatch process, one of our friendly customer service agents will contact you to change yourdelivery address.

When can I receive my items?

We dispatch your item within 1-2 business days after your payment is cleared andidentified. The estimated delivery time will be different from state to statebut please allow up to 10 days regardless.

VIC: 6 to 8 working days
QLD: 6 to 8 working days
SA: 6 to 8 working days
WA/NT/TAS: 10 and above working days

Delivery times may be longer during Christmas, New Years and holiday periods.

Payment Questions

What payment methods do youaccept?

We currentlyaccept PayPal, Internet Transfer, Direct Deposit and Money Order.

When I've purchased an item, how long do I have to pay for it?

We suggest that buyers should make payment within 7 working days after committing to buy. If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end,please contact our customer service who will do their best to help you out.

If an unpaid dispute is opened againstyou, please do not be offended or take this personally! These are automated by eBay, so simply contact ourcustomer service after payment is made we’ll close the dispute straight away.

We reserve the right to restock the won item if the buyer cannot pay within the specific time.

Do you have telephone support?

We currentlyin the process of creating a brand new state-of-the-art call centre and so at themoment telephone support is not available. Til then, we’ve set up an emailresponse team, ready to respond to all emails within 24-48 business hours. Thisalso allows for an easily recorded account of the transaction history, meaningwe can respond to any situation quickly and effectively. When our call centreis up and running, we’ll let you know!
