Items are shipped from Hong Kong via HK Post by Registered International Air Mail or from China via China Post with tracking number. We will send items out within 2-3 business days. It normally takes

7-14 business days for US, UK, Canada, Australia, other asian countries 10-14 business days for Spain, German, Russian, Brazil 14-20 business days for Italy and other countries

Business days means Monday to Friday. Delivery time will be longer across public holidays, or peak mail capacity or bad weather affecting air traffic. We will not send items on Sunday and public holiday.

Shipping and Handling fee include not only shipping fee, but also packaging, insurance, logistics ,labour, eBay fee and Paypal fee. It's reasonable. If you cannot accept it, pls DO NOT BID or BUY.

A tracking number will be given to you once the item was sent. You can only check it only if it arrive in your country.

Faster EMS is available only if stock is available. It normally takes 4-5 business days to arrive. Please ask us if you need this service.

We do offer Combined Shipping and Handling Charges: US 2 shipping discount will be deducted for each subsequent items. If you buy 4 items, you will enjoy a shipping discount of 3 items that equals to US2 x 3= US6.

You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates vary from country to country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local post office or customs office for exact charges.

Payment

 

We only accept Paypal payment. Please do no place bid if you do not have a Paypal account. 

Payment should be made within 7 days after you win the auction. We will relist the item or sell the item to other buyers if you do not pay within 7 days. Unpaid items without good reason will be reported to EBay and negative feedback will be left.

Policy

 

We have dedicated person to check the items when stock taking and before delivery. We gurantee all items sent to the buyers are in good condition. So we cannot accept neutral or negative feedback or low DSR 1 or 2 points. If you are not satisfied, pls do contact us first BEFORE leaving feedback. We will try our best to resolve it and make you satisfied.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE unless the item sent are defected. 

Only defected items are subject to exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please email us and returned to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you. No claims are allowed on used goods. 

We do not accept reasons of return like 
1. size not fit: buyers should refer to the size chart before confirm bidding 
2. looks not pretty when wearing: it's subjective. 
3. colour deviation: Though all the items are taken are real items. There may be a little bit colour deviation with different monitors. If buyers cannot accept it, please don't bid. 
4. items have been worn and washed: 

Items that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be resent to the buyers unless the buyers bear all the shipping and handling fee.
