    - If you see an item with "Free Shipping" please note that the Free Shipping applies only to the 48 domestic US states. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Mariana Islands, America Samoa, APO/AFO, International, etc., please provide us with your postal code and email us for a quote.

    - All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. All transit time is based on estimations given by the courier and we are unable to guarantee when the item arrives.

    - Once the package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. If you do not receive any email from us, please contact us by email at aeonimports@gmail.com. Please be sure to check the email address associated with your eBay account and not your eBay system email.

    - UPS/FedEx is unable to deliver any packages to P.O. Box addresses, please make sure you provide a physical shipping address.

    - If package is returned to us because buyer provided a wrong or undeliverable address, buyer is responsible for re-shipping charge. Aeon Imports is not responsible if buyer does not update shipping information. In the event the item is shipped back to us because the buyer refused the package or the item was undeliverable because of the buyer's default, the buyer must refund Aeon Imports the shipping charge back and the re-shipping charge.

    - Aeon Imports does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items without shipping insurance.

    ATTENTION NON-DOMESTIC US & INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

    - Please email us for shipping quotes prior to bidding.

    - International buyers are responsible for all Brokerage Fees and Duty/Import tax, these fees are not included in the total amount of the auction.

    - Items shipped internationally via UPS/FedEx will include tracking numbers.

    - Items shipped internationally via USPS will not include tracking numbers and the buyer assumes all risks for any lost/damaged packages. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns, exchanges, or errors.

    - We guarantee all our products are 100% brand new.

    Damaged: If the product is damaged upon arrival, please do not install the item and email a digital photo of the item and of the box it came in. We will file a Damage Claim to the shipping company. After the claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at no cost to the buyer.

    Defect: If the product is defective upon arrival, please email us immediately with a picture of the product and the defective characteristic, and we will assist you with the returning process. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and will pay for the re-shipping charge. We can only ship the item out once the defect item is back in our possession, so if this is a replacement, we highly suggest to keep your original item.

    Lost: If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a Lost Claim has been approved by the shipping company.

    Incorrect Item: If buyer received an incorrect item by our default, please email us with a digital photo of the item and of the box it came in. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and will be responsible for the re-shipping charge. (Domestic shipments only). If buyer purchased the wrong item by error and wants a return, the shipping and handling charge is not refundable, including items that are marked "free shipping". If the item has "free shipping" the true shipping cost will not be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee (15% of the item cost). The buyer must contact us prior to returning the item for a return merchandise authorization form. The form must be completed and included with the returned item. The item will be inspected prior to refund given. The item must be in "new" condition with no damage or modifications, in the original packing and with all pieces.

    Most of our products do not come with instructions, professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. We are not professional mechanics and we only offer limited technical assistance at this time. We cannot offer advice on installation or modification unless we are 100% sure about the answer, however we will do our best to offer you suggestions on how to resolve any issues you might experience. We highly recommended professional install for all items. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us for your convenience. On some occasions, we might contact the manufacturer for additional information to help you with the products. We will do our best to help you with whatever issues you may have.

    All claims must be filled within 7 days of receiving the product.

    Lifetime Warranty - For our products that are specifically labeled with Lifetime Warranty, our warranty covers any and all manufacturer defects under normal use and service, but not including wear and tear. We will replace the parts free of charge for any reason not caused by collision or installation, other human intervention, incorrect application, modifications, use of the products outside the context of its normal, customary, and intended operating conditions (including without limitation, any form of commercial, fleet, rental or off-road use), or physical damage for as long as the purchaser owns the vehicle in which the part was originally installed and with the following conditions:

    This warranty limits the remedy of repair or replacement of any defective parts at the sole discretion of Aeon Imports. Purchasers remedy does not include any unauthorized labor, material, or transportation charges. This warranty covers the parts supplied by Aeon Imports, but does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by Aeon Imports. This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail. This warranty applies only to those products which have been installed in accordance with accepted industry standards by a recognized professional service dealer. For example, radiators and condensers must have the proper coolant and distilled water mixture installed in the part, failure to prove so will void the warranty. Subsequent repair or replacement claims must receive advance approval from Aeon Imports prior to commencement of work. The purchaser is agreeing to provide us with the necessary and requested documentation to prove that they are in compliance with the warranty once a warranty claim is initiated.

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties and/or limitations or incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

    Purchaser must first arbitrate any dispute or claim arising out of the breach of this warranty agreement, under the arbitration laws of the State of California and the rules of the American Arbitration Association, prior to commencing any lawsuit against company.
