Postage & Payment
Post Office and Courier delivery: Order and pay before 2pm Monday to Friday and we despatch the same day. Payment by Pay Pal with no extra charge. Please see top of AE CAR home page for more details on postage and payment.
  

Returns Policy

Goods maybe Returned to us for a refund or exchange please return within 14 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods are returned to us carriage paid.
  • Please ensure that all goods are sent back to us via Recorded Delivery.
  • All Goods must be received in a re-salable condition.
  • All Goods should be returned to us UN-USED in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
  • All Goods are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
  • All Goods returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a re-stocking fee of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • We cannot accept any items which have been classed as a special order item or which has been manufactured to your specification for return.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of invoice and reason for return.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier. AE car are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

Exchanges, Replacements or Refunds

  • In the event of goods needing to be exchanged, replaced or refunded due to;
  • The received the items are not suitable or incorrect
  • The received are suitable but an exchange would be preferable
  • The received items have been fitted but are allegedly faulty.
  • In all cases AE car would need to be in receipt of the original items or be in receipt of full payment for the replacement parts before any exchange items can be sent out. Any items that have been fitted and are allegedly faulty must to returned to us, upon return we will inspection the items. In some cases items will be returned to the manufacturer for further inspection.
  • Warranties & Guarantees All warranties and guaranties are provided by the manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to their terms and conditions. AE car will deal direct with manufacturers/UK importers on your behalf but accepts no liability for any losses, costs damages, charges or expenses caused by any warranty claim.

We only supply parts which are listed for your vehicle.

Before attempting to fit replacement parts always compare the new components with those removed from the vehicle to ensure compatibility.

Returns will NOT be accepted if the fitting has been attempted and then the parts found to be incorrect.

 

Royal Mail UK Delivery

We will only send replacement items or refunds once Royal Mail confirms that the item is lost, Royal mail allow up to 15 working days for items to arrive.
Please contact us if your item is lost after the 15 working day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
 

Royal Mail Europe/International Delivery

We will only send replacement items or refunds once Royal Mail confirms that the item is lost, Royal mail allow up to 20 working days for items to arrive at European destinations
and 25 working days for the rest of the world.
Please contact us if your item is lost after the 20/25 working day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
 
 
Courier Delivery
 
We will only send replacement items or refunds once Couriers confirm that the item is lost.
