PAYMENT POLICIES
- Payment is due within 10 days of the close of the auction.
- We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do NOT accept checks of any kind, including Cashiers checks. Any checks received will be returned.
- You can call us at 240-229-9529 to pay with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
- Carpet payments without color selection: If we receive payment for a carpet, but do not receive information from you telling us which color you want, we will email you at least twice and otherwise try to contact you. If we are unable to communicate with you within 7 days, your payment will be refunded and the order put on hold until we hear from you.
- Paypal customers: We strictly follow Paypal's Seller Protection Policy. If you pay with Paypal, we will ONLY ship to the shipping address on the Paypal Transaction Details page. No exceptions, sorry. If your Paypal shipping address is a PO Box, we will refund your payment, since we cannot ship to a PO Box.
- Our address for Paypal payments is adealsap@aol.com.
- Paypal payments must be in one full transaction.
- If a Paypal payment is made and we cannot accept it for any reason it will be returned.
- We will send you an invoice within 24 hours of the auction close. Please check your email address registered with Ebay as it will be sent there. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours please contact us.
