QUERIES : Please ask me! I am not an ogre; I am a pleasant, friendly and agreeable human being. I always acknowledge receipt of your payment and advise when your item has been dispatched. In the unlikely event that you haven't heard from me, please don't hesitate to e-mail me - I may just be having a "goldfish day"!
NON-PAYMENT : If I do not receive payment from you within 7 days of having sent a reminder invoice, I will initiate the Unpaid Item process to reclaim my listing and sale fees.
RETURNS/REFUNDS : In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or it differs substantially from the listing description, I will refund the purchase price upon return of the item (with original packing and sent at your expense). You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of item (delivery date can be verified with Royal Mail) to arrange return and do so within 7 days of receipt. I always obtain proof of posting and cannot be held responsible for parcels once I have entrusted them to the Royal Mail postal service. However, in the rare event of a parcel going missing, I am happy to submit an application for compensation to the Royal Mail and pass on any subsequent payment to you. |
