Returns Policy
At ACM CDs & DVDs we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not then please contact us within 7 days of receipt at
support@acmtrading.co.uk If you receive a faulty or damaged item or even something that you did not order or no longer require then please read the guidelines below.
Faulty Items:If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or defective then please contact our customer services at
support@acmtrading.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If we no longer stock the item then we will issue a refund. We will cover all costs for the return of a faulty, damaged or defective item.
Incorrect Items:If you receive an incorrect item then please contact our customer services at
support@acmtrading.co.uk and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent. If we no longer stock the item then we will issue a refund. We will cover all costs for the return of any incorrect items.
7 Day Change Of Mind:If, within 7 days of receipt, you do not wish to keep the item you have purchased then you may return it to us. However, the item must be:
- Still sealed.
- Shrink wrapping intact.
- Unused.
- Original Condition.
In this instance we will accept the return and refund your cost for the item. However, we do not cover the cost of you returning the item nor do we refund the original postage costs you paid to receive the item.
If you wish to return an item under the 7 day change of mind guarantee then contact our customer services at
support@acmtrading.co.uk beforehand.
Please note we will not issue refunds or an exchange, under the 7 Day Change of Mind Guarantee, for items that have been opened and/or used or are outside the 7 days after receipt.
