All items are sent via the UK's largest postal service- Royal Mail. 95% of deliveries are made within 2-3 working/business days, however larger items are sorted by hand and can generally take longer to arrive. The maximum time we ask you to allow is 7 working days for UK deliveries and 14 working days for European deliveries.
If your order has not arrived by the above time, simply contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team who will track your order (if possible) and help you to receive your order, or a refund.
It is far from uncommon for larger items to be returned to local post/sorting offices, so please do not hesitate to ask them even if a 'You were out' card has not been left.
