· All items will remain the property of Aberventure until paid for in full.
· No order will be sent out until payment has cleared cheques take 10 working days.
· All items are described as fully as possible please ask any questions you might have before you order, some small and very large sizes may have to specially ordered this includes some boots and clothing.
· We will endeavour to get orders out to you as soon as possible after payment has cleared please allow up to 21 days for delivery, all order over £20 will be tracked or recorded delivery.
· All overseas customers please contact us before you order for a shipping quote; we will only accept pay pal payments or cash in British pounds or euros (tracked) from non UK customers. We will ship to most countries.
· We will not send orders to PO Box numbers only full addresses.
· We will replace any product with a manufacturing fault. Misused items will not be replaced. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION. All claims for damages or shortages must be notified within 10 days of invoice date.
· Most items will be new unless stated, as we stock used items there are three main grades of used kit SUPER GRADE (hardly used) GRADE 1 (good used condition no rips or tares (clothing) and any damage repaired (webbing)) and GRADE 2 (well used items (usually webbing). Some rare items may be offered as grade 2.
· Items offered as “collectable” are just that and not offered as serviceable; even though they usually are what you do with items is not the reasonability of Aberventure once they are yours.
