What is your return policy?
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, I will refund any returned items. Returns must be sent within 7 days of recieving them, in the condition they arrived with you, postage on unwanted items will not be refunded. If an item is faulty/broken I will give you a full refund.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, spend over £15 in my shop and your postage will not exceed £6, items must be bought together. I am afraid that I cannot offer this deal to overseas customers, but will reduce the costs depending on the weight of the items purchased.

My item has not arrived, what can I do?
If your item has not arrived within 5 days of payment, please check with your local post office that they are not holding it there (cards are not always left). Once you have done this, if there is no sign of the item, please contact me. International buyers, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, especially in the US where security is heightened

Can I get the item cheaper for bulk buys?
No, I am afraid that the stated price of an item can not be reduced, however I do reduce postage.

What is the size of the item?
In most cases the size of the product is stated in the listing, to the left of the main picture.
