Please return your item within 7 days of receipt and notify us beforehand, please contact us first and we will issue RMA or we may not be able to process it. Any unwanted none faulty item may accrue restocking charge. In the event that any item needs to be returned to us for whatever reason you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to us arising from any product sold by us shall be the price of the product ordered and shipping costs to the buyer only.

What to do if you wish to return a product under warranty?

01. Please contact Aban Technology's customer service team who can usually resolve any problems you may have over the telephone on: 0161 839 2640 or 0800 612 2839.

02. If we could not resolve the issue, then please download the 'eBay Returns Form - Download Here' via our website and enclose the fully completed form with the returned item.

03. On receipt of your returned item we then book in the returned products, test them, then depending on the test result, we will either repair, replace or credit or return the products to you under the terms of the warranty.

Important:
All products must be returned to us in its undamaged original packaging, including all accessories, user manuals and CDs etc. Please ensure that you carefully package the items in a robust box, with sufficient protection to ensure no items are damaged during transit.

Return postage is paid for by the customer, this may be refunded at our discretion if the item proves faulty.
