Returns
If you change your mind or an item is not as you expected you can return it to us for a full refund INCLUDING POSTAGE, but you are responsible for the return costs. Just let us know by email or eBay message within 14 days of receipt.
If you have a faulty item or the item is not as described then let us know as soon as you can by email or eBay message. All items are guaranteed for 1 year and we will offer a refund or replacement whichever you prefer. If an item must be returned we will either arrange for it to be collected or ask you to post it back to us via royal mail.
